# 3) Hire Explorers

Both our time machines and our explorers' stats are awarded randomly when we mint them.

Then you need to build your **brigade** via assembling your time machines and explorers after approving time machines and explorers contracts.

The **Human: Memento** economy will reward all users who want to grow their **Brigades** and will exponentially benefit explorers who have more Skill Points.

For example, if someone had 2000 Skill Points, they could explore up to Era 20 and would have a success rate to finish their expedition successfully of **47%** with a **C-rank** brigade, however, due to the **Veteran Guild** mechanic, they will be able to travel to eras below Era 20 and get better success rates on these Eras.

BTW, **multi-accounts are allowed**.
